I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were small but clean with a good mattress and pillows, they lacked quietness, and the view was not very pleasant. The service was helpful and very nice, and the location was ideal for exploring the city easily. However, the dining options were poor, and the staff lacked English proficiency.

Despite the slightly dated rooms, they were very clean but felt a bit overpriced for the size provided. The location was excellent, close to the lake and restaurants. My stay at the hotel was overall positive. The rooms were modern and nicely designed with a roll-in shower and grab handles, but lacked a kettle, refrigerator, or complimentary tea and coffee. The small fan provided wasn't very effective. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate my needs, especially for my dog. The location was convenient, close to many attractions in Lugano. The dining options were limited, but the breakfast was enjoyable. The facilities were satisfactory but could use some improvement.
